I. The Lord is worthy of praise (1).

a. majesty in all the earth.

b. splendor above the heavens.

c. enemies defeated.

 

II. The heavens are filled with wonder (3-4).

a. glory above.

b. man below.

 

III. The creation is subject to man (5-8).

a. little less than God.

b. crowned with glory and honor.

c. ruler over all things.

 

IV. The Lord is worthy of praise (9).
